Ingredients

  • 4 c. rhubarb (cooked)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 sm pkg. strawberry Jello
  • 1 x yellow cake mix
  • 1 cube melted butter
  • 2 1/2 c. cool water

Directions

  1. Mix rhubarb, sugar, strawberry Jello, cake mix and melted butter together. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Pour cool water over other ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 for 40 min or possibly till done.
