  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly grnd coriander
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Good-quality Hungarian paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt

Directions

  1. Mix spices, dredge meat till well coated. Grill over high heat 3-5 minutes/side or possibly till desired Also usable on fish, chicken, pork, etc.
