Diabetic Pineapple Banana Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box D-Zerta pudding mix

Directions

  1. Use both pkgs., cook as desired. Cold. Add in 2 large bananas, sliced. Add in 1 large can of crushed pineapple (in its own juice). Drain off juice before putting in pudding. Mix together and pour into a graham cracker crust. Then take 1 package of D-Zerta topping, mix as directed and cover top of pie. Chill.
  2. Variations: Cook pudding as directed then take frzn unsweetened fruit (thaw and drain) and add in to the pudding. Continue as above.
