  • 2 med lemons
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh sage or possibly 3/4 tsp. dry sage leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely grnd black pepper
  • 1 clv garlic -- crushed
  • 1 lb honeysuckle white turkey cutlets

Directions

  1. Grate sufficient lemon peel to equal 2 tsp.. Cut each lemon in half; squeeze juice from 3 halves into small bowl. Mix lemon juice, lemon peel, sage, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Place turkey cutlets on grill over high heat. Cook cutlets 5 to 7 min, brushing with lemon mix often and turning them once till turkey is no longer a pink color throughout. Arrange turkey cutlets on dinner plates. Squeeze juice from remaining lemon half over turkey cutlets.
