Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
Directions
- Marinate pork chops in above mix for at least 1 hour. Drain chops, reserving marinade. Wipe dry. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and brown chops. Heat marinade with 1/2 c. water. Place chops in a non-metal ovenproof pan. Pour heated marinade around chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till they are tender. Serve with rice or possibly baked potato. Serves 4.
- (Cheater's Method: Omit marinating process. Pour marinade and water over chops and bake. Chops won't be quite so tender, but taste fine.)
