Ingredients: 1 lb grnd turkey (or possibly beef); 1 egg; 4 Tbsp. salsa; 3 Tbsp. ketchup; 5 minced garlic cloves; 1 medium purple onion minced; 1 tsp. garlic and onion pwdr; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 5-6 pcs roasted red peppers (from jar), minced (optional); crushed croutons and French fried onions

Ingredients

1 lb grnd turkey (or possibly beef)
1 egg
4 Tbsp. salsa
3 Tbsp. ketchup
5 minced garlic cloves
1 medium purple onion minced
1 tsp. garlic and onion pwdr
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5-6 pcs roasted red peppers (from jar), minced (optional)
crushed croutons and French fried onions

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then put into a baking dish and bake at 375F degrees for about 50 min or possibly till done.
Then add in the topping mix and bake an additional 5 min.
