Ingredients
- 15 sliced and pared apples
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cooking tapioca
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Pastry for 1 pie
Directions
- Combine apples, sugar, salt and tapioca. Turn into a casserole (or possibly 8 inch square baking dish) and dot with butter. Cover with pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
