Ingredients

  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 2 c. reduced fat or possibly regular cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x grilled chicken breast, diced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cooked black beans
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh minced basil Tabasco sauce to taste Seasoned salt to taste
  • 1 c. mixed grated cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, green onion, cream cheese, tomatoes, lowfat sour cream, chicken, black beans and basil. Add in the Tabasco and seasoned salt to taste. Top with the grated cheese and serve with chips.
  2. If you like, this dip can be served warm. Prepare the dip in an oven-safe dish, top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees till the cheese is brown and bubbly, about 15 min. Serve with chips.
  3. Makes 4 1/2 c.
