Ingredients

  • 1 med head of cabbage
  • 1 lrg or possibly 2 small onions
  • 3 x Carrots
  • 2/3 c. Mayonaise (approximately) Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Directions

  1. Shred the cabbage into fine shreds. Chop the onion into small (1/4 inch)
  2. pcs. Grate or possibly shred the carrots. Put all of the vegetables into a large bowl (use a very big bowl, one which seems too big for the job, it'll make the mixing easier). Fold in the mayonaise, sugar and salt and pepper.
  3. Refridgerate for at least 2 hrs before serving.
