Ingredients
- 3 pt Water
- 1 c. Sauerkraut
- 1 c. Potatoes -- cubed
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 x Egg yolk Salt & pepper -- to taste
Directions
- Boil kraut and potaotes in water for 15 min. mix lowfat sour cream, butter, flour and egg yolk. Slowly add in to soup mix, stirring constantly. Heat through, season to taste.
