Directions

  1. Clean and wash goat meat. Add in curry pwdr, black pepper, seasoned salt, minced onion, minced garlic. Rub seasonings well into goat meat. On a cooking pan place about 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly oil, whichever you prefer. Pour meat into pan with oil while it is still cool. Stir and cook till tender.
