Directions

  1. Grease casserole or possibly baking dish well. Layer chicken and add in 1/8 c. chicken broth. Add in broccoli. Mix soup, curry, lemon juice and pour over broccoli and chicken.
  2. Sprinkle cheese, then bread crumbs and some melted butter on top. Bake 20-30 min at 350 degrees. This freezes real well uncooked. You can also cook it in the microwave. A variety of vegetables can be used. Be imaginative.
