Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr (or possibly seasoned salt)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound shelled pecans
- Dash of salt
Directions
- Heat oil in medium sized skillet; add in curry pwdr and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well and add in nuts. Stir till coated. Cook over medium heat for 5 min. Spread in single layer in shallow baking pan and bake for 20 min in 300 degree oven.
