  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. Oriental or possibly vegetable flavored dry Ramen noodle soup mix
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip or possibly Miracle Whip lite dressing
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 c. minced green cabbage
  • 2 c. minced red cabbage
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed, toasted

Directions

  1. Mix seasoning packet from soup mix, dressing, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in large bowl.
  2. Add in cabbage, carrots and onions; mix lightly. Chill.
  3. Add in crumbled dry Ramen noodles, almonds, and sesame just before serving.
  4. Makes 8 servings.
  5. Prep Time: 20 minute plus refrigerating.
