Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. fruit (any kind)
- 1 c. sugar (or possibly less)
Directions
- Heat butter in 10 inch baking dish. Mix flour, 1 c. sugar and baking pwdr. Add in lowfat milk and mix. Spoon over butter. Heat fruit with the 1 c. sugar. Pour over dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till golden. Any kind of fruit may be used. Blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.
