  • 9 oz. freshly sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 c. red onion, small dice
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. AP flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Garlic Parmesan Alfredo, store bought
  • 2/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 c. parsley, rough chopped
