• 2 tbsp. minced green onions
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon dry basil leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 4 ounce. thin spaghetti, cooked
• 1 1/2 c. minced cucumber
• 1/4 pound green beans, cooked, cut in 1-inch pcs
• 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
• 1 c. thinly sliced zucchini, halved
• 1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
• 1/2 c. minced green peppers
• 1/2 c. minced parsley (optional)
