Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 5 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and beaten Large eggs. Pour on gradually scalded lowfat milk; add in butter. Cook in double boiler till thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add in flavoring and cold. Fill cream puffs with cream filling.
