• 2 pound zucchini, cut up
• 1 bunch broccoli, cut up
• 1 bunch celery, cut up
• 1 bunch green onions, cut up
• 1/2 jar chicken granules
• 1 1/2 c. water
• 1 pound mushrooms
• 1 T Frank's red warm sauce
• 1 T garlic salt
• 1/2 T coarsely grnd pepper
• 1 pound Mozzarella cheese
• 1 pound Swiss cheese
• 6 pts. whipping cream
• Parmesan cheese (opt.)
• 1 stick butter
