Ingredients
- 12 slc bread crust removed, buttered and cubed
- 1/2 c. minced green onions
- 1 c. finely-minced celery
- 3 x hard-boiled Large eggs minced
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 x tart red apple - Jonathan
Directions
- Mix bread, onion, celery and Large eggs together by hand and chill for 24 hrs. Three hrs before serving add in crab, mayonnaise and apple. Mix together. Serve on a bed of lettuce or possibly in a tomato rose.
