Ingredients
- 16 ounce cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon A1 steak sauce (may be omitted)
- 1 sm. can of crab meat, liquid removed very well
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- Wonton skins
Directions
- Mix ingredients. Put in microwave and cook till cream cheese is soft sufficient to mix ingredients well. Refrigerate till cream cheese becomes cold. Fill wonton skin with about 1 tsp each. Seal well and deep fry. These fry better if FILLED wonton skins are chilled at least 30 min before frying.
