- 3 lb Crab-apples Sugar
Directions
- Wash crab-apples. Don't pare. Remove stems and blossom ends. Cut in halves. Remove seeds. Cover with water. Cook till soft. Drain through jelly bag. Use 2/3 c. sugar to each c. juice. Boil rapidly till jelly sheets from spoon.
