Ingredients
- 1 can Creamed corn
- 3 x Large eggs Beaten
- 1 can Kernel Corn ( or possibly another can of creamed corn)
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Muffin Mix
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Mix all together. Bake in casserole at 350 F for about 45 min to an hour. This tastes great with your chili poured over top
