Ingredients
- 8 c. Frzn corn
- 3 c. Chicken broth
- 2 can Evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 x Fresh jalapenos, (up to 3)
- 7 ounce Jar of roasted peppers
Directions
- Blend half of the corn and 1 c. of water in a blender till creamy. Pour into large dutch oven and add in remaining ingredients. Heat till almost boiling.
