Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1 x Egg, separated
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt Finely minced nuts
- 1 can Vanilla frosting M&M peanut candies
Directions
- Blend butter and sugar; stir in egg yolk and vanilla. Sift flour and salt into bowl; mix well. Refrigerate1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Dip into slightly beaten egg white. Roll in nuts. Place 1 inch apart on Cookie sheet.
- Bake 350-degrees F. 5 min. Press thumb gently in center of each; bake 5 min longer. Cold. Fill with frosting. Garnish with one peanut M&M on each cookie.
