Ingredients
- 1 c. Unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 2 3/4 c. All- purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 x Heath bars, 1.4-ounce, minced
- 2 pkt (10 ounce.) semisweet chocolate chunks
- 1 c. Toasted minced pecans
Directions
- Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer till creamy. Gradually add in sugars, beating well. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, beating well.
- Combine flour and the next 3 ingredients, stirring well. Add in to butter mix, beating at low speed just till blended. Stir in Heath bars, chocolate chunks, and nuts.
- Drop by heaping Tbsp. 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 350 for 10 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Let cold slightly on baking sheets: remove to wire racks to cold complete;ly.
- Makesabout 3 1/2 dozen.
