Chunky Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 2 3/4 c. All- purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 x Heath bars, 1.4-ounce, minced
  • 2 pkt (10 ounce.) semisweet chocolate chunks
  • 1 c. Toasted minced pecans

Directions

  1. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer till creamy. Gradually add in sugars, beating well. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, beating well.
  2. Combine flour and the next 3 ingredients, stirring well. Add in to butter mix, beating at low speed just till blended. Stir in Heath bars, chocolate chunks, and nuts.
  3. Drop by heaping Tbsp. 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 350 for 10 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Let cold slightly on baking sheets: remove to wire racks to cold complete;ly.
  4. Makesabout 3 1/2 dozen.
