Ingredients
- 16 ounce fat-free cream cheese -- softened
- 1 x (4 ounce.) pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding
- 2/3 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 c. cool coffee
- 1 x chocolate-flavored pie crust
- 3/4 c. Cold Whip Lite(r) -- thawed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa Sugar substitute to equal 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon till soft. Add in dry pudding mix, dry lowfat milk pwdr and coffee. Mix well, using a wire whisk. Spread mix proportionately into piecrust. Chill for about 15 min. In a small bowl, combine Cold Whip, vanilla, cocoa and sugar substitute. Spread mix proportionately over cheesecake filling. Sprinkle mini chips proportionately over top. Chill till ready to serve.
