  1. Cook lowfat milk and sugar together. Bring to a boil and cook 6 min, stirring constantly. Add in vanilla. Pour over marshmallows, chocolate morsels, cherries, coconuts and nuts. Beat till smooth. Pour into buttered large pan. Let cool and cut into squares.Makes 5 lb of fudge.
