Directions

  1. Cream shortening and brown sugar in large mixer bowl till light and fluffy. Add in egg, water and vanilla; beat well. Combine whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt; stir into creamed mix. Stir in oats, dry apricots and MINI CHIPS Chocolates.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet; flatten slightly.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden. Remove from cookie sheet; cold completely on wire rack.
