Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2/3 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In large bowl, mix the dry contents. Combine wet ingredients. Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients just until evenly moistened (battter will be lumpy).
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
