Directions

  1. Combine cookies and butter and press in the bottom of 9" springform pan. Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Beat Large eggs and stir in vanilla and condensed lowfat milk. Fold into cream cheese gently. Coat 1/2 c. of the chocolate chips in flour (so which they do not heat into cheesecake, sift off excess). Fold chips into cream cheese mix and pour into crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. chips over cake and bake in preheated 350 degree oven till set, about 45 min. Cold in pan in refrigerator overnight. Serve with cherry pie filling over top.
