Directions

  1. Mix together all cake ingredients. Greased, floured (or possibly dusted with cocoa)
  2. 13x9 pan. 25-30 min @350 degrees.
  3. Bring sugar lowfat milk and butter to light boil for 1-2 min. Remove from heat. Fold in chocolate chips thoroughly. Let sit 1-2 min. Spread on top of cake. Let sit till icing sets. Freezes well too.
