Ingredients: 2 c. flour; 2 c. sugar; 3/4 c. cocoa; 2 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon baking pwdr; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 2 Large eggs; 1/2 c. lowfat milk; 1/2 c. oil; 1 1/2 c. black coffee, cooled

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Large eggs
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. black coffee, cooled

Directions

Mix all together and fill cupcake c. half full. Drop 2 tsp. filling in each c.. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till brown.
FILLING: Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg by hand till smooth. Add in chocolate chips and fill.
