  • 1 (18.5 ounce.) Devil's Food cake mix (don't use pudding mix)
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. Cold Whip
  • Shaved dark chocolate to garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. 1. Place all but one c. of dry cake fold in large bowl. Add in 1 egg and oil. Mix till crumbly. Press mix proportionately into bottom and 3/4 up the sides of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan to create crust.
  2. 2. In same bowl add in 3 Large eggs and reserved 1 c. of dry cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed, slowly add in lowfat milk and vanilla, mix till smooth. Pour into crust. Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees. For 55 to 65 min or possibly till center is hard.
  3. 3. Let cold completely, spread with topping and garnish with shaved chocolate. Keep chilled before serving.
