  1. Heat chocolate chips, stir in Eagle Brand lowfat milk and vanilla. Add in 1/2 c. nuts and let stand 5 min. Meanwhile heat caramels in water. Shape chocolate mix into two or possibly three logs. Roll each in melted caramel and roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerateapproximately 2 hrs.
