• 3/4 c. Sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
• 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
• 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/4 c. Cocoa
• 1 1/2 c. Water Sweetened whipped cream or possibly Ice cream (optional)
