Ingredients
- 140 gm 70% chocolate, (5z)
- 110 gm Butter, (4oz)
- 2 tsp Coffee
- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 140 gm Sugar, (5z)
- 110 gm Plain flour, (4oz)
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 pch Salt
Directions
- Heat the chocolate, butter and coffee in a bowl over simmering water.
- Beat the Large eggs and sugar together till light and creamy. Sift over the flour, baking pwdr and salt. Mix in the hot chocolate and mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9inch/23 cm tin and bake for 20u25 min. Be careful not to over cook as the cookies will be dry in the centre.
- Cut into chunks immediately then leave to cold in the tin.
