Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 2 tsp Grated orange rind
- 2 c. Stiffly whipped cream
Directions
- In heavy saucepan, over low heat, heat butter; add in cocoa then 2/3 c. lowfat milk, stirring till smooth & slightly thickened. Pour into med bowl; cold to room temp. Beat in 1 Tbls. orange juice & 1 teaspoon rind. Mix in half the whipped cream. In med bowl, combine remaining lowfat milk, 1 Tbls. orange juice & 1 teaspoon rind. Mix in remaining whipped cream.
- Refrigeratethoroughly. In 8 dessert dishes, spoon equal portions of chocolate mix, making a well in center of each. Spoon orange mix into center of each. Chill.
