  • 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 sm. can mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 c. minced cooked chilies (left over or possibly canned)
  • 1 c. frzn peas and carrots
  • 1/2 c. grated or possibly diced onions
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can Chinese noodles

Directions
