Ingredients
- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. chow mein noodles
Directions
- Mix cabbage, chestnuts, mushrooms in a bowl. Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce together. Before serving pour sauce mix over cabbage mix. Toss together with chow mein noodles.
