Ingredients

  • 1 pkt MAGGI Chinese Ginger Beef Mix
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 500 gm rump steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 med carrots, cut into thin strips
  • 1 x green pepper, sliced

Directions

  1. Combine the Chinese Ginger Beef Mix and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or possibly large saucepan.
  3. Add in the steak and stir-fry over a high heat till almost cooked.
  4. Add in the carrots, Stir-fry for 1 minute
  5. Add in the green pepper and sauce mix. Bring to the boil, stirring, then cook for a further 30 seconds.
  6. Serve immediately with MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles.
