We had this drink after our meal when we went to a Korean restaurant. It was amazing. It's rich, spicey, zingy and sweet all at the same time.

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized pot, bring water to boil.
  2. Add ginger and cinnamon and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in rock sugar until fully dissolved.
  4. Let cool, and then transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, divide into individual cups and garnish with pine nuts.
