Directions

  1. In large glass dish, combine sauce, orange concentrate, chili pwdr, vinegar, orange rind, garlic, salt and pepper; add in chicken, turning to coat. Cover and chill for 4 hrs, turning occasionally. (Make-ahead: Chill for up to 12 hrs.)
  2. Reserving marinade, place chicken, skin side down, on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and cook for 20 min. Turn and brush with reserved marinade; cook for 25 min or possibly till no longer pink inside. Chill 2 of the breasts till cool; wrap and chill for up to 2 days.
