Chili Lime Butter For Corn On The Cob Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Unsalted butter or possibly margarine, softened Juice from 1/2 fresh lime, or possibly to taste
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and adjust salt and pepper to taste. Shape butter into a rectangle long sufficient to cover the length of an ear of corn. Wrap the rectangle in plastic wrap and chili in the refrigerator approximately 2 hrs. When serving, roll the ears of corn across the top of the rectangle.
