Directions

  1. Soak noodles in warm water 10 min; drain and set aside.
  2. Saute/fry diced onion in warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 min or possibly till tender. Add in carrot and next 4 ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, 2 min.
  3. Stir together broth and cornstarch till smooth; add in to chicken mix. Add in soy sauce and oyster sauce; bring mix to a boil, and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; serve over noodles. Garnish, if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
