  1. Bake chicken thighs, remove meat from bones. Fry sausage and onion. Drain grease. Add in chicken and all other ingredients. Bring to boil. Lower heat, simmer 15 min. Adjust seasonings. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Top with Parmesan cheese (optional).
