Directions

  1. Cook cranberries, orange juice and soy sauce over medium heat till heated through; set aside. Mix dry rice and its seasonings and sprinkle over bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place chicken pcs over rice. Pour cranberry mix over chicken. Cover and cook at 350 degrees till chicken and rice are cooked, about 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
