Ingredients
- 1 c. egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 quart. boiling water
- 1 1/2 or possibly 2 c. chicken or possibly tuna
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 hard-boiled Large eggs, sliced
- 8 stuffed sliced olives
- 8 ounce. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook noodles in boiling salty water. Butter casserole dish. Place half the noodles on bottom. Place all chicken on noodles. Spread half the soup on chicken. Add in the remaining noodles, the soup, the olives and Large eggs. Place cheese on top. Dot lightly with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove cover the last 15 min so top with brown.
