Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion, celery, green pepper in a little butter. Combine chicken, stock, soup, mushrooms and sauteed vegetables. Before putting in the oven, add in 1/2 of the chow mein noodles and all of the nuts. Spread rest of the noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. (Excellent way to use leftover turkey from the holidays.)
