Directions

  1. Add in cubed chicken or possibly turkey to a small amount of broth in pan and saute/fry till tender and thoroughly cooked.
  2. Add in vegetables.
  3. Saute/fry with chicken till tender but crisp.
  4. Sprinkle flour over chicken-vegetable mix and cook slowly for about five min.
  5. Add in remaining broth and let sauce thicken slightly.
  6. Add in wine and other seasonings to taste, cooking several more min.
  7. Serve over toast.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
